EMUSA Turbo Charger T3/T4: This top-tier turbocharger is designed for power, capable of delivering efficiency up to 450hp. It features a 3" inlet and 2" outlet, making it a potent force in your engine's performance. The oil inlet is M10X1.25, and it boasts a T3 flange for optimal compatibility. The compressor has a .50 A/R with a compressor wheel measuring EXD 3" and IND 1.99". The turbine has a 0.63 A/R with a turbine wheel EXD 2.2" and IND 2.56". The 5-bolt standard hot side ensures reliable performance.

Intercooler: Our oversize intercooler measures 28.5"X10"X3" with a coresize of 22"X6.5"X2.75". Its 2.25" inlet and outlet enhance airflow and efficiency.

Intercooler Piping Kits: The kit includes 2.25" aluminum prebent mandrel bends piping, silicone hoses, and T-bolt clamps, providing a complete and high-quality solution for your intercooler system.

Cast Iron Turbo Manifold: The cast iron turbo manifold features a T3 flange and accommodates both 35mm and 38mm wastegate flanges.

Downpipe: The 2.5" stainless steel turbo outlet with a flex and O2 sensor spot, along with the 3" stainless steel exhaust downpipe with a flex and O2/EGT sensor spot, ensures maximum exhaust flow and compatibility with essential sensors. Plus, it allows you to retain your AC and power steering.

Blow-off Valve: Included in the kit is the Emusa 38mm wastegate to regulate boost pressure effectively.

Oil Feed and Return Kits: The kit includes a 36" steel-braided oil feed line and an AN-10 20-inch oil return line for a complete and hassle-free installation.

Compatibility: This kit is designed specifically for 02-05 Honda Civic Si with the 2.0 DOHC 160HP K20A3 engine and 02-05 Honda Civic Type R with the 2.0 DOHC 220HP K20A engine.
