Key Components:

T3/T4 Turbo Charger: This turbocharger comes complete with gaskets and studs. It features a standard T3 4-bolt inlet flange, a standard T3 5-bolt outlet flange, and an optional internal wastegate port. The specifications include a 3" compressor inlet diameter, 2" compressor outlet diameter, .50 A/R compressor, and .64 A/R turbine. The hybrid journal bearing and oil cooling ensure reliability and durability.

Stainless Steel Turbo Manifold: Our stainless steel turbo manifold is designed for a perfect fit and efficient exhaust flow.

38MM Wastegate: Included with three different springs for adjustable boost settings ranging from 4 to 17 PSI. It features a CNC machined aluminum top and cast bottom body and includes all necessary hardware, bolts, and gaskets.

Intercooler: Our oversize intercooler measures 30"X13"X2.75" with a coresize of 19.5"X9"X2.5". It's engineered for high flow with a Delta Fin design and supports up to 350 WHP.

Intercooler Piping Kit: Includes 4 polished aluminum intercooler pipes (2.5"), 6 reinforced high-temperature silicone hoses, and high-quality stainless steel T-clamps for a secure and efficient intercooler system.

J Pipe: Enhances airflow and performance.

EMUSA Manual Boost Controller: CNC machined aluminum body with adjustable settings from 1-30 PSI. All necessary hardware and fittings are included.

Oil Return Line: Ensures proper oil circulation in the turbo system.

Oil Feed Line: Provides essential oil supply to the turbocharger.

Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator: Allows for precise fuel pressure adjustments to support increased power.

EMUSA 5" 4in1 Carbon Tachometer Gauge: Features a carbon fiber design with a clear lens and built-in shift light. Includes additional gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, and oil temperature. Measurement units are in standard, PSI, and Celsius. Mounting brackets and shift light are included.
